Patriots Select 6'10" Nate Solder out of Colorado

With the retirement of Steve Neal the pending free agency of mainstay Matt light and the uncertain status of Logan Mankins the patriots picked 6'10" Nate Solder out of Colorado. Solder was a tight end early in his "Buffs" career which gives him some versatility especially in tackle eligible receiving situations. His downside is inexperience and he is also a bit too light for his height.
